At the Middle School level, players are taught the skills necessary to become a well-rounded basketball player. The focus is not on individual skills alone, but also on understanding each player’s role as a member of the team. Coaches seek to give players practice and game experience in order to allow players to grow and develop. Middle School basketball teams usually have 4 events per week and around 15 games each season.
The varsity basketball teams continue to focus on improving individual and team skills as well as giving players a deeper understanding of the strategies of the game.
