| Upper School Retreat
The Upper School retreat is a full day for our students and faculty to learn and grow in a classroom away from our campus. The retreat is for Upper School faculty and students to learn about one another and begin their adventure going in the same direction. The retreat not only allows the faculty and students to see each other in a different setting and a different light, but it offers up the opportunity to present the cultural direction for the year. The challenge set forth on this retreat is that the current student leaders of the school refine their skills. The retreat is also for developing new student leaders as they interact with the current leadership. First, it is about biblical leadership and character. Second, it is about living these ideas in their lives at Washington Christian Academy.
