Reenrollment
We are so pleased that you are reenrolling your child(ren) at Washington Christian Academy for the 2012-2013 school year. All of the information and forms you need are listed below. Online Reenrollment
To complete our Online Reenrollment process, you will access RenWeb through your existing login. To avoid duplicate efforts, the Online Reenrollment process will be viewable to only one log-in per family. If you would like to make this process accessible to your spouse instead, please let us know.
To access Online Reenrollment:
- Please go to www.renweb.com
- Select Logins from the menu bar and ParentsWeb Login from the drop-down menu.
- Type in your username and password. If you have forgotten your username or password, please click on the link provided.
- After logging in, click on the Family Information button in the left menu.
- Click on the Enrollment/Reenrollment button.
Our Online Enrollment system will open with a link to start reenrollment for your student. The process will include verifying your current information as well as completing forms with information specific to the 2012-2013 school year. You will see more details on the Instructions & Resources page. The online process should take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Your information will be saved if you need to quit and come back later.

Priority Deadline - February 29th, 2012
Please note there is a priority deadline for reenrollment this year: to receive priority consideration for transportation approval and to be eligible for the first set of tuition assistance awards, please submit your application (and, in the case of tuition assistance have that process completed) by February 29th.
Reenrollment Questions
In light of the uncertainty regarding the school’s location next year, should I start the reenrollment process now?
We encourage families to begin the process now as many of the details are not dependent on the facility. At present, our reenrollment process assumes occupancy in our current facility. Should we need to relocate and the new facility not work for you, WCA will provide you a full refund of your registration fee and tuition deposit.
When will we know where WCA will be located next year?
We expect to have a permanent location decision by February 15th at the latest. We understand families will need this certainty by this time - before having to make enrollment commitments to other schools.
What would change if WCA relocates?
Our outstanding educational program that has produced Fulbright Scholars, National Merit Scholars, and sent students to the best universities in the land will remain the same including class sizes, course offerings, length of the school day, etc. If we need to relocate, we will provide details on the specific location, facilities and any program and tuition changes related to the relocation.
