In 2017 we combined two long standing school events - The Friends of the School Banquet and The Promise Tree Auction - into one special evening of celebration and giving. WCA's Promise Tree Auction is a rich tradition that began over 30 years ago. It was started as a way for the community to provide goods and services for specific school needs. We continue to incorporate that spirit by including some items requested by our faculty during the Live Auction, hosted again by the always entertaining Mr. Eric Stewart.
Each year, we seek to improve the auction experience and are pleased to announce that for 2019 there will be no charge to attend! In lieu of paying for a ticket, we are suggesting a $30 donation for guests and asking supporters to both bid generously on auction items and donate to the auction itself. Space is limited - the last Auction/Banquet was filled to capacity and we expect the same turnout this year. Please complete the form on the right to request tickets.
Thank you to all our past supporters and sponsors. There will no longer be table sponsorship, but as an Auction Sponsor ($250 and up) you receive tickets to invite friends and family to the event, as well as recognition in the WCA auction catalog, website, social media, and other related promotional materials. If you wish to give in support of the auction, but not at a sponsor level you can still donate using the button below. We are looking forward to seeing WCA parents - past and present, alumni, grandparents, faculty, and friends of the school on March 16th!
Also, if you will be unable to attend and still want to give to support WCA, you can below!
